RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the current state of emergency and COVID-19, we are not accepting returns at this moment. That being said, we are extending our exchange policy and will honour exchanges at a point when we feel it is safe to do so and have worked out a safe method to disinfect, as long as you notify our team within 14 days of purchase. You can email email@example.com. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For sanitary and safety reasons, you are not able to exchange or return face masks.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
